Origin: Veneto. Variety: Glera 100%. Production method: Charmat. Nose: Invites you to remember fruits such as apricot, apple and pear. Subtle acacia floral background. Mouth: Smooth entry. Its fruit appears almost immediately, accompanied by a delicate freshness and lightness. Faint ending. Optional pairings among others: Ideal as an aperitif, antipasti, sushi, seafood soup, fish, pasta in light sauces and fresh cheeses. Prosecco, is one of the most important sparkling white wines (mainly) in Veneto. The Extra Dry or Extra Seco (between 12 and 17 gr / l, of residual sugar) is the traditional version and is slightly sweeter than the Brut (between 6 and 12 gr / l, of residual sugar).
